About Caroline
I know what stress and burnout really feel like because I’ve lived it too.
A few years ago, during a busy time in my practice, I hit a wall I didn’t see coming. My energy was flat. My body ached. My eyes were sore. And despite more than 15 years of helping others manage anxiety and stress, I realised I’d fallen into the same traps, pushing through, ignoring the signs, overriding what my body was trying to tell me. I felt like a fraud. But it was a wake-up call!
I started listening to my body instead of ignoring it. I reshaped how I work. I implemented new ways of working, and in doing so, got more done. I’ve spent 15+ years coaching, mentoring and training people from all walks of life, from young adults navigating the university of life, to leaders at global organisations. The tools and techniques I share are proven and create real, lasting change.
